Ben Stein, is a graduate of Boise State University with an MS in Exercise Physiology and a BS Degree in Human Performance and Sport from Metropolitan State College of Denver. These degrees incorporate, exercise science and physiology with special populations (i.e. athletes or people with chronic conditions). A Master’s of Science, Bachelors of Science and an ACSM accreditation as a certified Exercise Physiologist, allows Ben an in-depth understanding of the human body’s intricate mechanics and physiology. Ben's ability to integrate his education with his own passion for endurance events, including cycling and triathlons, provides his clients with a unique skill set of physiology testing, coaching, and injury prevention.
