Benjamin Stein is a graduate of Boise State University with a MS in Exercise Science and a BS Degree in Human Performance and Sport from Metropolitan State College of Denver. These degrees incorporate, exercise science and physiology with special populations (i.e. athletes or people with chronic conditions). A Master’s of Science, Bachelors of Science and an ACSM accreditation as a certified health and fitness specialist, allows Benjamin an in-depth understanding into the human body’s intricate mechanics and physiology. Benjamin's ability to integrate his education with his own passion for endurance events, including cycling and triathlons, provides his clients with a unique skill set of physiology testing, coaching, and injury prevention.
