Coaching Services:

On the Bike can help you reach your goals, whether that is to finish first, or simply to finish. We work with all athletes, genders and ages. All of our custom coaching plans start with a complementary consultation reviewing your goals, strengths, weaknesses, and ambitions. From there, we work with you to build a plan that guides you towards your best possible race or event. On the Bike provides multiple levels of private coaching for any athlete and budget. Basic Coaching service includes a free basic TrainingPeaks account. Personal Coaching level includes one premium TrainingPeaks account ($45.00 value).

Personal Coaching: $125.00 / 4 weeks

A Personal Coaching program is built upon your individual intensity profile using functional threshold power, V02max or blood lactate levels, recorded over a range of intensities while the athlete is on the bike or running. Your program is tailored around your test results. This highly effective method of data-collection is used by the world’s best endurance athletes to determine proper training intensity and gauge changes in fitness. Determining maximum fat-burning zones, precise lactate thresholds and your perfect race-pace are some of key benefits of this program. Everything about the Personal Coaching program is designed to take your racing to the next level. Includes: interaction 1-2 times a week, also includes analysis on your workouts and overall progress.

Basic Coaching: $75.00 / 4 weeks

A Basic Coaching program is built upon your individual intensity profile using functional threshold power, V02max or blood lactate levels, recorded over a range of intensities while the athlete is on the bike or running. Your program is tailored around your test results. Includes 1-2 interactions with coach over the 4 week period, with review of each 4 week training black to make sure you are progressing.
