Coach Ben Stein, MS, EP-C

Ben Stein, is a graduate of Boise State University with an MS in Exercise Physiology and a BS Degree in Human Performance and Sport from Metropolitan State University in Denver. These degrees incorporate exercise science and physiology for special populations (i.e. athletes or people with chronic conditions).

As a level 1 USA Cycling Coach, level 2 USA Triathlon Coach, Retul Advanced bike fitter, level 2 SICI Bike Fitter, AND ACSM accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist – Certified, allows Ben an in-depth understanding of the human body’s intricate mechanics and physiology. Ben’s ability to integrate his education with his own passion for endurance sports, including cycling and triathlons, provides his clients with a unique skill set for physiology testing, coaching, and injury prevention.
