Located in beautiful Boise, ID, On the Bike can help you reach your endurance sports goals, whether that is to finish first, or simply to finish. We work with all athletes, genders, and ages. All of our custom coaching plans start with a complimentary consultation reviewing your goals, strengths, weaknesses, and ambitions. From there, we work with you to build a plan that guides you towards your best possible race or event.

On the Bike provides multiple levels of private coaching for any athlete and budget. Basic Coaching service includes a free basic TrainingPeaks account. Personal Coaching level includes coach paid premium TrainingPeaks account ($45.00 value) and Virtuagym Fitness Software account ($29.00 value).

Personal Coaching: $200.00 / 4 weeks

The Personal Coaching program is built upon your individual intensity profile using functional testing (FTP Power, Muscle Oxygen Testing, Run Test, Swim Test) protocols recorded over a range of intensities while the athlete is on the bike, run, and swim. These highly effective methods of data collection are used by the world’s best endurance athletes to determine proper training intensity and gauge changes in fitness. Determining maximum fat-burning zones, precise lactate thresholds and your perfect race-pace are some of the key benefits of this program. Everything about the Personal Coaching program is designed to take your endurance sports to the next level. Includes:

  • interaction 1-2 times a week (text, email or phone)
  • unlimited training plan changes
  • in-depth analysis of workouts and overall progress

  • no charge for 2D bike fit and performance testing

Basic Coaching: $150.00 / 4 weeks

The Basic Coaching program is built upon your individual intensity profile using functional testing (FTP Power, Muscle Oxygen Testing, Run Test, Swim Test) protocols recorded over a range of intensities while the athlete is on the bike, run, and swim. Your program is tailored around your test results. Includes:

  • 1-2 interactions per 4-week training block
  • 2-3 training plan changes per 4-week training block
  • in-depth analysis of workouts and overall progress
  • nutrition and equipment guidance

Custom Training Plan: $125.00 / 10-12 week program

OTB will put together a custom 10-12 week program leading up to your next big event. If you are a time crunched athlete that needs structure but not the demands from coach, a training plan can help. You pick the event and tracking method (power or HR) and we will put together your next 10-12 weeks of training. Every athlete can benefit from structure in their training.
